WG leads Prof Herve Migaud and Dr Ross Houston will chair this initial WG5 meeting to discuss the research priorities for stock enhancement. Please find the current agenda via the link above

Who is invited?

The aim is to build a UK-wide community within this area of research comprising of members from academia, industry, policy and any crossover sectors that could provide information to develop sustainable aquaculture in the UK via stock improvement.

Please see the useful links below for bus travel and how to get here.  The Institute of Aquaculture (IoA) Pathfoot building is the grey building up the hill, immediately on your left after you enter the University of Stirling from the main entrance which is at the Airthrey Rd/University Road junction. There is a link to a google map on the left of this page or campus maps on the 'How to get here' pages of the UoS website, link below. Go to reception at the IoA and they will direct you to the correct room.

Buses from Stirling station to the University are UL/54/54A/58/62/63 and leave from stances A, B or C on Goosecroft Road just opposite the station. A return bus fare is £2.40, remember to make sure you have the correct change.

Student hall style accommodation available very close to the meeting location. Ask for Beach, Willow or Juniper courts which are located just behind the Institute of Aquaculture

Their is plenty of parking around the university campus within a 5-10min walk of the Pathfoot building and some right next to the Pathfoot Building. Parking meters are in operation.

Those booking accommodation at the University can get exemption from parking by registering their car registration at accommodation reception.

Rate for parking is £5 per day, look for the nearby parking meter and make sure you have change.
